LAS VEGAS - Already the most dominant promotion in the MMA industry, the UFC enjoys a sizable chunk of the combat-sports landscape. But UFC's chief marketing officer said the company isn't going to stick with status quo.
"We've got to have a brand-growth strategy, or else we're not going to win in the long run," Johnston told USA TODAY Sports.
With that strategy need in mind, Johnston and the UFC recently partnered with electronic-music guru Deadmau5 to create a UFC-themed music video. Johnston said the partnership was a natural fit.
