The Ultimate Fighter returns to action tonight on FX. The show's 16th season will be coached by heavyweights Shane Carwin and Roy Nelson. Be sure to tune in tonight at 9pm for a special two-hour premiere as 32 welterweights will try to battle their way into the house. The upcoming season will air on Fridays for 13 consecutive weeks at 10PM on FX. The premiere episode will feature 16 fights, as the cast of 32 hopeful fighters is trimmed to 16 members. As always, the fighters will be competing for a six-figure, multi-year deal from the promotion.
