The originally scheduled Sept. 25 Showtime Super Six World Super Middleweight (168 pounds) Classic bout between WBA king Andre Ward (pictured above, at right) and challenger Andre Dirrell, and the one between Arthur Abraham and former WBC titlist Carl Froch that was slated for Oct. 2 have been rescheduled as a Nov. 27 double-header, Showtime Executive Vice President and General Manager of Sports, Ken Hershman, announced on Friday.

Part of the third stage of the Super Six Classic, the match up between Froch (26-1, 20 knockouts), of England, and, Abraham (31-1, 25 KOs), of Germany, was moved from Monaco to Hartwall Areena in Helsinki, Finland, this, after Froch suffered a back injury.

Ward (22-0, 13 knockouts) and the switch-hitting Dirrell (19-1, 13 KOs) still does not have a determined site.

"Ward and Dirrell will be at a venue to be announced, but everyone is committed to that date," Showtime spokesman Chris DeBlasio told The Associated Press. "After a lot of behind closed-doors meetings, it really is right back where we started. Things have sort of come around full circle."
