UFC 148 medical suspensions: Sonnen, Griffin, Le among those on the shelf

LAS VEGAS - The Nevada State Athletic Commission has medically suspended half of the fighters from Saturday's UFC 148 event.

A total of 11 competitors from the show, including main event middleweight title challenger Chael Sonnen and co-main event winner Forrest Griffin, drew medical suspensions from the commission.

MMAjunkie.com on Monday received the list of medical suspensions from the NSAC.
