Prior to post-retirement win, Mike 'Joker' Guymon left speechless by night's pressure

COMMERCE, Calif. - The emotional release that follows Mike Guymon's fight causes him to break down almost instantaneously when asked how it felt to be back in the cage.

"It was, uh, a weight lifted," he told MMAjunkie.com just after a representative from the California State Athletic Commission handed him a check for just under $5,000 for his night's work.

More than a year after he was submitted in short order by DaMarques Johnson at UFC Fight Night 23, Guymon returned to active competition this past Friday.
