Thompson Boxing Promotions signed junior featherweight prospect Jorge "Tito" Ruiz (3-0, 1 KO) to an exclusive promotional contract, the Southern-California promoter announced today. Ruiz is the fourth boxer to sign with Thompson Boxing in the last several weeks. The promotional company has been busy signing prospects to fill the various shows it promotes in Southern California's boxing-friendly Inland Empire.
